You will learn how to position your company in the minds of prospects and customers. You'll uncover and develop a LEAN uniqueness to really distinguish you from your competition. You'll find out if what you sell is the value-added benefits your customers think you sell! This step is first because all the other steps will build on your Unique Selling Proposition.  Once determined, you will learn how to package and deliver it effectively and efficiently using LEAN.

This step will enable you to increase sales by:

  • Better branding and positioning your company in the minds of prospects and customers
  • Clearly distinguishing your company from your competition (making it easier for prospects to choose you!)
  • Improving your understanding of your company’s target marketing and prospect profile.
  • Better understanding the added value your customer really wants from your company, thereby increasing the repeat purchasing of customers.
